The action continues as we enter Round 4 at CSGOBLAST Pro Series São Paulo in Ginásio do Ibirapuera. There are multiple storylines to watch at the tournament, most notably Astralis going undefeated into Round 5, whilst MIBR goes without a single win and a 0-4 record, which is a heartbreak for the Brazilian home crowd who will not see their
Liquid completely evaporate MIBR
MIBR never really got a chance to fight back against a superbly playing Team Liquid who surrendered no ground to the Brazilians. MIBR would double their round score after an incredible AWP ace by Fernando “fer” Alvarenga, but this would not deter Liquid from rushing through the first half 13-2. Team Liquid would finish their job quickly on the second half, after taking 3 more rounds in a row, finishing 16-2 and securing a 3-1 record. This further adds insults to the injury for MIBR playing on home soil, who have yet to grab a win in front of their fellow countrymen.

Although FaZe managed the pistol round, ENCE would quickly answer back, before a series of back and forth rounds would see FaZe take the lead 5-3. ENCE would soon go on to string together 6 rounds, to finish the half 9-6 in their favor. FaZe would manage a trio of rounds in the second half, but the Finns would continue their dominance, closing Nuke with a 16-9 scoreline.
Astralis secure final spot with a win over Scandinavian neighbors
Another Scandinavian showdown would be featured as Astralis and NiP butted heads on Dust2, which saw the Danes power their way through the first half thanks to impressive plays coming from Emil “magisk” Reif. Finishing the half 11-4, Astralis looked to finish the map quickly after a perfect pistol round, but thanks to a strong performance from Jonas “Lekr0” Olofsson, and a flawless defense from the Ninjas, the Swedes were able to get another 8 rounds of the board, before Astralis could finally take the win, 16-12, and seal their spot to the finals in São Paulo.
